Karrie Larson

Karrie Larson’s journey in real estate began in 2003 with her first investment property. Her passion for real estate grew alongside a distinguished legal career as a Certified Paralegal, serving in top-rated law firms, the Florida Capitol, and eventually the Florida Supreme Court. Following her tenure at the Supreme Court, Karrie was recruited as the National Director of Real Estate for a publicly traded corporation. There, she oversaw commercial and land development projects, agricultural zoning changes, and led construction and facilities operations across 11 states. Her leadership resulted in the company’s expansion from 28 to over 300 locations within just three years—an achievement underscoring her strategic vision and operational excellence. Since 2023, Karrie has dedicated herself full-time to managing and growing Larson Park Realty. Under her leadership, the firm has expanded in staff and resources, offering a heightened level of service to its clients. Her extensive legal and corporate background, combined with her deep industry expertise, provides clients with a unique advantage. Karrie’s approach is rooted in integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Whether advising on a complex commercial acquisition or guiding a family through their first home purchase, Karrie brings unmatched insight, dedication, and care.

Karrie Larson is deeply invested in the community she serves. As the current Commercial Director on the Board of Directors for the Tallahassee Board of Realtors®, she plays a key leadership role in shaping local real estate policy and advocacy.
