At C12 Tallahassee, we believe that business is a powerful platform for change. As a premier leadership development and peer advisory organization, we equip CEOs and business leaders with the tools and wisdom to grow thriving companies with eternal impact. Our mission is simple: build great businesses for a greater purpose.
Founded and led by Ricky Harper, a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in both the private and public sectors, C12 is built on a foundation of peer learning, accountability, and Christ-centered leadership. We provide business owners with a confidential space to engage with like-minded peers, challenge each other toward excellence, and grow spiritually, professionally, and personally.
Through structured monthly forums, members dive deep into best practices for leadership, operations, culture, and personal integrity. Our approach not only strengthens business performance but also transforms leaders from the inside out.
With a growing team that includes highly accomplished associates like Dr. Jeff Cerny and Major General Norm Brozenick (USAF Ret.), our impact stretches across the Florida Panhandle. What sets us apart is our fusion of cutting-edge business strategy with faith-based principles—ensuring that success is measured not just in profits, but in purpose.
C12 Tallahassee is grounded in a set of timeless, biblically-rooted core values that guide every aspect of our work. These values are not just statements—we live them out in how we lead, serve, and grow with our members.
Learning is at the heart of what we do. Inspired by Proverbs 1:5, we believe wisdom grows through counsel and shared experience. Our forums create space for continuous personal and professional development.
Listening forms the foundation of trust. James 1:19 reminds us to be quick to hear and slow to speak—skills essential for effective leadership.
We hold each other to high standards through Accountability (Romans 14:12), knowing that excellence in business is both a professional and spiritual calling.
Service (Mark 10:45) defines our leadership model. We lead by serving others—our employees, customers, and community.
Humility (John 3:30) reminds us that true leadership is not about ego, but about impact. And above all, we strive to be Christ-like (1 John 2:6), walking in integrity and love.
These principles shape our coaching, our culture, and our commitment to helping leaders flourish—in business and in life.
Peer Advisory Groups form the backbone of our service. Each month, members meet in confidential, professionally facilitated forums with a small group of peers who understand the unique challenges of leading a business. Together, they tackle real-world issues, share best practices, and offer accountability, wisdom, and encouragement.
Leadership Coaching is delivered by experienced Chairs who provide one-on-one sessions tailored to each leader’s growth. These sessions focus on strategic planning, people development, and aligning business practices with a faith-driven mission.
We also help members strengthen their organizational culture, knowing that healthy teams lead to high-performing businesses. Through proven tools and resources, we guide leaders to create workplaces where people thrive, values are lived out, and performance soars.
What makes us different? Our integration of faith and business excellence. C12’s curriculum is built on world-class business content and Scriptural truths—offering a holistic leadership model that delivers measurable ROI and eternal impact.

Whether you’re a seasoned CEO or an emerging leader, C12 Tallahassee provides the community, coaching, and clarity to grow your business—and your legacy.
