Sharon Weeden, Owner and President of Right at Home Tallahassee, brings decades of executive leadership and a deep passion for community service to the world of in-home care. A former President and CEO of Tallahassee State Bank, Sharon made the life-changing decision to retire early in order to care for a family member in need. That experience inspired her to channel her professional expertise into creating a business that supports others during their most vulnerable times. Sharon’s strong background in business management and team leadership gives her a unique advantage in running a high-quality care agency. Her strategic approach ensures that every caregiver is not only skilled and reliable, but also compassionate and mission-driven. Under her guidance, Right at Home Tallahassee delivers on its promise of RightCare—providing the right people, with the right approach, for the right reasons. A longtime resident of Tallahassee, Sharon holds an MBA from Florida State University and remains actively engaged in the local community. Her business acumen combined with personal caregiving experience makes her a trusted leader in the home health field—someone who truly understands the needs of clients and their families.

Community Involvement

Sharon Weeden has been a passionate advocate for the Tallahassee community throughout her career. Her commitment to service is reflected not only in the compassionate care provided by Right at Home but also in her active involvement with local organizations and nonprofit boards.

Currently, Sharon serves on the Board of Trustees for the Big Bend Hospice Foundation, offering strategic insights to help improve end-of-life care in the region. She also holds the honorary role of Emeritus Director with Elder Care Services, continuing her legacy of commitment to senior well-being. Additionally, she is a proud member of the Economic Club of Florida, where she remains connected with fellow community leaders.
