Bevis Funeral Home was founded in 1964 by Russell Bevis, and remains an independent family-owned funeral home. The one constant over that time is that we are committed to providing caring, compassionate service to the families of our community. That commitment is our duty at Bevis Funeral Home.  We provide Pre-Arrangements for funerals, At-Need Arrangements for funerals, Cremations and memorialization of markers and monuments.

Susie Mozolic

Personal Background: I was born and raised in Newport, TN. Graduated from Cumberland University, Lebanon, TN and Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science, Atlanta, GA. I have lived in Tallahassee since 1987. I have been a Funeral Director and Embalmer for 49 years.  My community involvement includes the Tallahassee Lions Club (1st female Lion), Springtime Tallahassee (served as General Chair 2008-2009), General Chair of Springtime Tallahassee 2024-2025, 20th Century Krewe (served as Krewe Chief 2007), Co-Leader of Springtime Tallahassee Belles and Gents for 5 yrs, Tallahassee Town Club President 2024-2025. Also served as a Board Member for the Ronald McDonald House.
