Business: Terrell C. “Terry” Madigan is an attorney providing legal advice, counsel, and representation to area businesses, associations, and individuals. He is licensed and admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida and the United States Supreme Court. Practice areas for individuals and families include estate planning and probate, elder law, real estate, and general civil matters. For businesses, Terry provides counsel in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, business formations, disputes, and advice on general business law issues.

Personal Background: Terry received his law degree from FSU and his undergraduate degree from Rollins College. He is a seventh-generation Floridian and a native of Tallahassee; he attended Hartsfield, Oak Ridge, Fairview, and Florida High and graduated high school at The Principia in St. Louis, Missouri.
