Business: Convergence HRM is a workforce/staff performance consultancy that offers solutions for improving employee retention, engagement, and performance for organizations. Our approach includes comprehensive assessment to understand unique organizational challenges, developing customized strategies to enhance individual, team, and organizational performance, and providing implementation support for sustainable change. We provide workshops, training and coaching to that end.

Personal Background: Born on Long Island, NY; moved to Los Angeles, CA; lived in various states and several countries. Spent 10 years working in the private sector and 21 years in the U.S. Army finally, setting in Tallahassee, FL.

Education: University of Louisville MS Human Resources & Organizational Development and a BS in Organizational Leadership and Learning. Holds Project Management Professional (PMP®) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®) certifications.
